What's the catch, why is this FREE?
Basically we found that, as investors, we were wasting a lot of time looking at properties that didn't match exactly what we wanted to buy. We were also spending lots of time looking for qualified buyers. So, we built a site that would help us and help everyone else too. We are active real estate investors looking for properties to buy and we have properties to sell. The short answer is that by building an online community of buyers, sellers and real estate related professionals in one place it helps everyone. So yes, it's FREE and there really is no hidden agenda.

How do I list a property?
Listing is easy. First, create a FREE account. Once that's done, log in, click on Post a Property and fill in the form. Add pictures if you want to. You should, it helps sell your property. When you're done, click submit. That's it! You can log in anytime and add details, change pictures or adjust the price. It's FREE, use it.

I just listed a property; why can't I see it?
All new listing are visible only to registered investor buyers for the first 24 hours. It's one of the advantages of listing with us. We get your property in front of investors who have identified exactly what types of properties they want to buy. The best part for sellers is that typically investors buy quickly and with cash. Don't worry though, if the investor community isn't interested in your property, your posting will be visible to the public in 24 short hours.

How do I set up and save a search?
Setting up and saving a search is how you will get automatically notified about properties, you can set up as many different searches as you wish to target different geographic areas or different types of properties. Remember to name each one.

First, create a FREE account. Once that's done, log in, click on VIEW PROPERTIES and at the top of the page is a menu of action choices:

Menu: Search for Properties | Add/Edit Properties | View Favorites | View Holds | Edit Profile | Upgrade Your Account

Click on Search for Properties and begin entering/selecting the criteria that you're interested in, leave them blank to get every property in a geographic area that is posted on the site. When you're done selecting, enter a name for the search and click the FIND PROPERTIES button. Your results will appear and the search is saved. That's it.

Repeat the process for additional searches.

How do I do a one time search?
First, create a FREE account. Once that's done, log in, click on VIEW PROPERTIES and at the top of the page is a menu of action choices:

Click on Search for Properties and begin entering/selecting the criteria that you're interested in, leave them blank to get every property in a geographic area that is posted on the site. When you're done selecting click the FIND PROPERTIES button.
Your results will appear. If you do not name the search in advance it will not be saved and you will not get notifications of these types of properties in the future.

What is the Investor Advantage Program^sm ?
There are two components to the Investor Advantage Program^sm. The first is the FREE part which sends fresh leads to you based on your saved search criteria within an hour of a property being listed on the site. These FREE notifications are sent ONLY to registered investors identifying that they're interested in that type of property. Act fast when you get a notification, you might have competition from another investor.

The OPTIONAL fee-based upgrade to your account allow you to act fast and put 1 or 2 properties per week on hold, taking them out of circulation for anyone but you for an additional 24 hour period. This allows you time to do diligence on a potential property. To learn more, or to upgrade, log into your account and click on UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT located in the menu at the top of the page.

Why would I want to pay to put properties on hold?
Simply put, to give yourself more time to research a property of interest and to limit or eliminate the competition. Property listings are sent to ALL registered investors identifying that type of property in their saved searches.

If you have the ability to put a property on hold and the other investors are only using the FREE version of the service, you can put a hold on a property as soon as you read the notification. Once the first investor with this ability places a hold on a property, no one else can see that property for 24 hours. This allows you to contact the seller without others calling too.

I want to advertise my business, how do I do that?
