About Us
People always ask us what the name "
" has to do with the real estate business. Well, it's a personal story that got its start many years ago.
The principal owners, Bob Holdsworth and Tim Pelton have each been in emergency services for more than 25 years; Bob as a paramedic and Tim as a firefighter. They spent their entire adult lives helping people in all kinds of trouble and distress, and have seen the types of devastation that families endure in the aftermath of emergencies.
For more than 20 years, Bob and Tim have operated a very successful national consulting practice. In fact, most people know them as the "911 GUYS."
Over the last several years, they saw more and more people get trapped by poor credit scores, declare bankruptcy, lose their homes due to various financial circumstances, and -- in many cases - get taken advantage of by predatory lenders.
They knew that there had to be a better way to help people who are in real estate and credit trouble emerge from their situation with dignity. So, in keeping with their 25-year tradition of helping others in time of crisis, they've put their business knowledge to the ultimate test by creating
