How it works:

As soon as you complete the posting form and hit the submit button, investors who have created a profile on the site will be IMMEDIATELY notified about the availability your property.
These investors have told us exactly the kinds of properties they are looking for and if your posting matches their criteria, they will see it and be able to contact you directly to discuss a deal. You will get offers that are below retail but the closings are fast, investors buy the property in "as is" condition, closings are uncomplicated and there are typically no real estate commissions.
After six calendar days, if you have not accepted an offer from an investor and the property is still available it will move to the public side of the website and your listing will be visible to the general public and will act the same as a listing on any other "for sale by owner" site except for one huge difference, our listing is completely FREE.
